Education
One of the Trust’s core aims is to foster stewardship of the Tyne Catchment for the future. We believe the more people know about the river, and the effect they can and do have on the quality of its waters and wildlife, the better able they are to look after it.
All of our work has an awareness raising and educational element. We are also developing links with local schools to produce teaching materials and away day opportunities through our River Watch project.
We aim to offer information to all levels of learners - click on the menu above to explore our work and resources.
