Stakeholders Engage in Feasibility of Hexham Fish Passage
03 February 2011
At the beginning of the year, Elliott Environmental Surveyors held the first stakeholder open meeting for the feasibility stage of the Hexham Fish Passage project. The meeting was very well attended by 29 individuals with interests in fishing, canoeing, energy and commerce all representated. Tim Eliott and Malcolm Newson provided background to the project before Tim invited evertone present to have their say. This is a huge topic but the amiable environment created, allowed an informative, lively and constructive exchange of views. Click here to read the notes from that meeting.
For further background information including the pre-feasibility stage please visit the Hexham Fish Passage page on our website.
If you would like to be included in future discussions and/or consultation please contact Charles Cooper at Elliott Environmental Surveyors Ltd on 01434 609345 and leave your contact details.
